(Junior) Customer Support Specialist

What to expect from this role:

  • Becoming an expert user of TSET - understanding features and functionalities.
  • Working on a variety of customer support tickets incl. user guidance, software performance issues, bug reports etc.
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating user guides to help customers to correctly use features and functionalities of our software.
  • Sharing feature updates and effective workarounds with customers and informing them about new features and functionalities.
  • Collecting customer feedback, incl. feature requests and ensuring great customer experience of TSET
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions, queries and issues with speed and professionalism; following up to ensure technical issues are resolved.
Job requirements
You are the right fit if you have:
  • Good communication and comprehension skills - ability to explain complex topics clearly and listen to customers to understand their issues.
  • Excellent knowledge of English and German - this is a must.
  • Attention to detail and proactivity to identify and report issues that need immediate attention.
  • Ability to work independently and motivation to assume full ownership of tasks.
  • Experience or willingness to work with the following tools: Jira, Confluence, Zendesk, Slack, G-Suite, MS Office
