Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Performance-Driven Role in E-Commerce & AI

Location: Remote (US Preferred) Compensation: $100K–$200K base + performance-based bonuses Xecom is a multi-eight-figure e-commerce operation that manages its own brands while partnering with other e-commerce operators and service providers. We are also expanding into AI tech solutions for the e-commerce space. We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational efficiency, implement systems and processes, and build performance-driven structures to ensure the business and teams hit their goals. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement scalable systems and processes for daily operations • Establish incentive-based performance structures to boost productivity • Ensure that all teams and individual members meet their targets and KPIs • Oversee hiring and team growth, including working with headhunting agencies when needed • Identify and solve operational bottlenecks quickly and efficiently • Align cross-functional teams to execute business strategies and optimize performance Ideal Candidate: ✅ Proven track record of building and scaling operations in a high-growth company ✅ Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills ✅ Experience in team leadership, process automation, and performance management ✅ E-commerce background is preferred but not required ✅ Comfortable with a performance-driven compensation model This is a high-impact role with significant performance-based earning potential.
