Amazon Wholesale/Arbitrage Virtual Assistant

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our Amazon business team that has been operating for over 10 years. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wholesale, online arbitrage, or retail arbitrage-based Amazon businesses, with proficiency in using Amazon-based tools such as Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, and Helium 10 as well commonly used tools such as Excel/Google Sheets. This role demands someone who is detail-oriented, efficient in data analysis, and capable of making informed decisions based on market and sales data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct product research and analysis using Keepa and Tactical Arbitrage to identify profitable products for our Amazon store.
• Manually analyze wholesale spreadsheets from our suppliers to identify profitable product opportunities
• Use our internal product scanning software to identify profitable product opportunities
• Manage and update product opportunities using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for inventory purchase.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant in Wholesale, Online Arbitrage, or Retail Arbitrage -based Amazon business.
• Proficiency in Keepa, Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms and tools.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
