Join RPGECOM, a leading Israeli agency specializing in Amazon account management. We are currently looking for a motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting keyword research and implementing SEO strategies
- Promptly handling customer inquiries, reviews, questions, and feedback
- Performing competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities
- Engaging in comprehensive product research.
- Managing product listings with accuracy and completeness using flat files
- Collaborating with Amazon Support for case resolutions via emails and phone calls
- Providing additional support to the Account Manager as required
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as an Amazon Virtual Assistant or in a relevant role
- Proficiency in English for effective communication, including interactions with Amazon support
- Ability to work independently with robust problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented approach, focusing on accuracy and quality in all tasks
