
Software Onboarding Specialist

We are looking for an onboarding specialist who shares our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating meaningful connections with our clients. If you're up for the challenge of guiding brands through the onboarding process, connecting our platform with each of the different marketplaces they sell on, and helping them fully integrate with our software's various features, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Work with brands to fill out setup forms and move their accounts along the onboarding process.
- Help onboard brands into various features of our software such as email support, buyer-seller messages, etc.
- Connect our platform with each of the different marketplaces the brand sells on.
- Follow current onboarding processes and suggest any improvements or automations to streamline the process.
- Communicate regularly with brands to keep them informed of progress and next steps.
- Manage onboarding tasks and timelines using tools like Trello.
Essential Skills & Requirements :
- At least 2 years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build strong relationships with brands and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Experience with task management tools like Trello.
- Experience with integrating platforms with different marketplaces.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn semi-technical concepts related to system configuration and automation (e.g., Zendesk triggers, Salesforce flows, Hubspot sequences).
- Experience with helpdesk solutions, either as a user or worker.
