About The Role
As the Senior Manager, Site Marketing, you will play a crucial role in owning and managing the marketing real estate across all our brand sites (Food52.com, Schoolhouse.com, Dansk.com). You will be responsible for ensuring a high-quality, on-brand site experience for users across campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer businesses, strong analytical skills and must be able to make data-driven decisions to optimize web experiences. This role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, integrated marketing, product & engineering, CRM, creative and content to drive the execution of key site projects.
Responsibilities
Lead site marketing, including the strategy and execution on homepage, internal site marketing placements and on-site navigation; own the end-to-end process, from briefing to reporting.
Oversee & optimize performance of all landing pages to drive conversion, working with all marketing channels.
Analyze on-site search data and report on search term trends, using insights to inform decision-making and improve performance.
Ensure site messaging and creative elements align with brand priorities across campaigns & maintain consistent brand voice and style.
Act as the primary liaison with cross-functional partners to prioritize and drive the execution of key site marketing projects.
Requirements
5-7 years of related experience in ecommerce and direct-to-consumer businesses. Site marketing and site operations experience preferred.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to think critically and derive insights from data to inform strategic plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work autonomously, managing tight deadlines and providing regular updates to key stakeholders.
Proven project management skills, including managing internal and external stakeholders and juggling multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Compensation & Benefits
For residents of NY, NJ or CT the compensation range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Factors used to determine the salary range for a given position may impact what salary within the stated range may be offered to any particular candidate (e.g., years of experience, level of education obtained, etc.).
