- Work effectively in a high performing, dynamic team: Collaborate with a team that work closely with executive leaders and executes category and brand specific strategies in the context of rapid change and growth.
- Ensure product availability at competitive cost: Ensure product is appropriately forward-positioned to meet the demand in our retail markets, with balanced and efficient inventory levels and holding costs.
- Craft category specific supply chain solutions: Build strategy and understand unit economics of your category and brands; partner with the Global Operations team to balance cost and speed and unlock strategies that generate competitive advantages.
- Manage diverse stakeholders: Build long-term relationships with and be the single point of contact for internal stakeholders, managing requests and leveraging supply chain knowledge to drive functional initiatives. Execute a cohesive strategic plan in a matrix organization with ownership divided across specialized teams which requires understanding, influencing, and motivating many different teams and individuals.
- Assess performance and adapt strategy: Frequently deep dive into the performance of your category to understand what is and what is not working. We work fast and need managers who utilize data to drive action and bring confidence to stakeholders that the team is focusing on the right priorities and areas of the business.

About You
- Relevant experience (4+ years), in network strategy, network design, inventory management, supply chain operations, logistics, or related industries
- Ability to thrive in a high growth, entrepreneurial, and ambiguous environment
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Ability to develop, articulate, and execute strategy
- Ability to pivot priorities as corporate strategy and data-led insights evolve
- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization
- Ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders
- Comfort in technology-driven business environment
- Collaborative working style and ability to develop and coach people
- A BA from an accredited institution a plus
- Full professional proficiency in English required, additional languages a plus, particularly German or Mandarin
