As a Salesforce Enterprise Account Manager, you'll work closely with our VP of Account Management and CEO and be an integral part of the NeuraFlash Sales team focused on landing and expanding across 10-20 top strategic accounts in the CBS and CMT vertical space. You will manage all aspects of these accounts in order to grow existing relationships, farm the accounts for new business, and maintain long-term partnerships.
A large part of your role will be strategizing on business opportunities within your set account list, and creating and maintaining relationships across these organizations by mapping and creating relationships with key decision-makers. You'll be expected to own the entire sales process including lead management, qualification, evaluation, close, and account care, and will play a vital role in the success of the overall sales team. Core Responsibilities:
- Perform as a key employee in the role of Account Manager, with a focus on winning new business in existing accounts, driving pipeline, and building trust and strong relationships with our customers
- Tightly partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations including: Core AE's and SE's, CPQ/Service Cloud/Einstein AE's, as well as Mulesoft and Docusign AEs to expand across business units and offerings
- Be a leader at NeuraFlash by being the "quarterback" with your customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates to ensure high satisfaction maintaining and growing our strong brand
- Be a quota-carrying top sales performer focused on landing and expanding in name brand companies who are already working with NeuraFlash
- Be willing to learn and innovate to help the company meet its sales and high growth targets
- Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO to continually take advantage of new market opportunities
- Help maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Continuously ensure the highest possible level of Customer Experience (for NeuraFlash's customers, and our partner Salesforce), by delivering quality and timely responses
Required Experience:
- 5-10 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts
- 5+ years experience selling software to Fortune 500 companies
- Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce)
- Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations
- Experience selling complex technology solutions
