We are currently hiring an eCommerce Sales Project Manager help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved!
This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in one of our corporate locations in Utah or Arizona.

YOU ARE: A high-powered sales professional with extensive experience building relationships and driving revenue. You will be responsible for design, oversight and delivery of strategy, planning, execution of sales and account management activities. This leader will be responsible for supporting the short and long-term strategy of the sales division, by driving collaboration, alignment and efficiency between the regional sales team and multiple internal department stakeholders achieve our targeted sales goals. This individual will have a deep understanding of Progressive’s LTO product helping to foster long term relationships by understanding retailer needs, markets and current conditions.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Work with the eCommerce team and other business partners to assess and align on the scope of work. Develop program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements/dependencies. Identify key milestones and establish clear program goals. Proactively identifies risks and mitigation strategies to support successful programs from launch to conclusion
- Oversee the implementation and execution of eCommerce program activities across the eCommerce team, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints. Identifies and mitigates risks, works across teams to maximize and optimize results, resolve issues, and escalate challenges when necessary
- Lead cross-functional teams and improve eCommerce team performance by building cross company team cohesiveness, guiding, influencing, and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure project efficiency, and foster employee engagement. Use influencing skills to ensure that cross-functional resources are held accountable for task and outcome completion
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement within eCommerce and eCommerce programs, identifying opportunities for efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation. Driving implementation of best practices, lessons learned, and process enhancements to enhance program performance
- Leads eCommerce annual strategic planning ensuring the eCommerce team address broader company planning expectations while delivering specific, clear plans that enable the business to achieve our objectives
- Develops and manages eCommerce program budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring financial targets are met. Working with eCommerce and financial leadership, provides regular reporting on financial performance and takes corrective actions as required
- Oversees the creation, consolidation, distribution and communication of key eCommerce reports, presentations, and proposals
- Identify barriers to success early and implements approaches to overcome obstacles and mitigate risk; you serve as the first line of knowledge and escalation for all project health related statuses, issues and challenges

- Facilitate and build consensus and drive necessary activities and decisioning among a broad range of stakeholders including agile teams, business owners, product, technology, and operations
- The candidate will be expected to operate with the highest levels of professional maturity and serve as a role model for others while contributing to the positive culture
- Candidate is highly accountable, resilient and results oriented. You are viewed as a go-to person and trusted partner by your working team(s) as well as by your internal clients, sponsor, key stakeholders, and third-party service providers
- Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills to build sustainable and productive partnerships
- Strong organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage multiple complex activities
- Self-starter with the ability to drive and influence others to achieve goals and perform with high quality
- Bachelor’s degree required; Major in Business Administration, Project Management or related field a plus
- 3-5 years of relevant experience; more project/program managing experience preferred over sales or eCommerce
- Experience in MS Office, Slack, Monday and Trello are a plus
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
- Experienced in business case development and end-to-end financial estimating and project reporting required
