About the Role:
As a Sales Operations Manager at Pacvue, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining our Quote to Cash processes, to drive efficiency, productivity, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including sales, finance, legal and accounting teams to ensure a smooth operation of our sales function and enhance overall sales performance. Key Duties:
- Contract Management: Manage the day-to-day life cycle including renewal process.
- Compliance and Risk Mitigation: Ensure contract terms and conditions are aligned with company policies and legal requirements. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with contracts.
- Contract Administration: Maintain a centralized contract repository to ensure accurate and timely record keeping.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to provide visibility into closed businesses and pipeline.
- Collaborate with billing teams to ensure alignment of quote to cash objectives and overall strategy.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of quote to cash process to identify areas of improvement and optimization.
- Lead, train, and mentor team members.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including Legal, Finance, and operations to ensure seamless alignment in contract management activities.
- CRM Management: Ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and adherence to best practices.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for quote to cash sales operations processes, continuously identifying areas for improvements.
- Manage order validation and processes to include provisioning and activations of contracts.
- Leverage technology and automation tools to streamline sales operations processes, such as CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), systems and contract lifecycle management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Sales Operations or similar role with a focus on quote to cash
- Proficient in using Salesforce, CPQ Systems and contract management tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively cross functional teams.
