Amazon Brand Manager
Job Description
About The Role:
In this managerial position, you will manage a team of Amazon experts to ensure your clients' brands day-to-day success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day management of accounts and brand development.
- Manage content and creatives, marketing, SEO and PPC tactics, finances, customer service (with clients), risk mitigation and compliance, inventory planning, developing strategies for growth, etc.
- Effectively manage your team (PPC Manager, VA, and logistic manager).
- Proactively catch issues before they become problems.
- Onboard new clients/brands to the agency.
- Conducting initial analysis, setting up a strategy for presentation and approval.
- Communicate with your clients if necessary, updating and reporting to them about the key issues.
- Provide monthly reports to your clients on monthly calls.
What You Bring to the Team:
- At least 3+ years of experience on Amazon ecosystem.
- English is a must. Most of our clients are English speakers.
- Ability to work autonomously, remotely, self-disciplined, and proactively and make decisions, handle aggressive deadlines.
- Knowledge of Helium10, KEEPA, Sellerboard.
