As a Product Manager of the Delivery Management team, you are responsible for identifying opportunities, scoping, and analyzing problems and solutions for customer engagement management. Primary users are Testlio’s Delivery function coordinators (Engagement Managers, Testing Managers, and Freelancer Test Leads) and our client's teams. Collaborating with target users, including client VPs, CTOs, Head of QEs, or Engineering, you seek to build the best solutions for test case management, test run setups, task management, and more. Build efficient and compelling products that leverage AI and workflow automation potentials to streamline engagements and us servicing our customers. Working closely with your product engineering team, data science, and design team, you build transparent and impact-oriented product vision and roadmaps. Writing good documentation and communicating with the target audience is something you enjoy and do consistently to increase product adoption and awareness – you drive feedback loops with data-driven decision-making and product enhancements.

What would your day look like?
- Own product vision and direction of the Management team.
- Create and maintain your product opportunity bank - create product 1-pagers, focusing problem and impact.
- Write clear problem statements, document impact and rewards addressing it.
- Conduct market and competitor research, share learnings to raise awareness.
- Responsible to establish and drive product functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate problems and requirements into an attainable, prioritized product roadmap in the form of EPICs, Stories, Tasks.
- Accountable for clear and groomed product backlog - team has clear work items with multi-sprint horizon.
- Create and implement success criteria, metrics that have observable results and outcomes, be data driven.
- Partner with target users and stakeholders to steer roadmaps towards impact and market fit – users will offer quotes.
- Work closely with Designers/Engineers to dive deep into user experience and narratives to deliver elegant solutions that drive efficiency and top of the art experiences.
- Own go-to market training, documentation and release communication.
- Manage product iterations from ideation to rollout - manage expectations and releases of your product.
- Collect feedback, analyze and adjust features and solutions to meet user satisfaction – use data to base judgment.
What you need to succeed?
- Strong communication in verbal and written English is a must, essential.
- Previous experience as Product or Program Manager is a must, 4+ years minimum.
- Strong project/program management skills for implementing solutions, be timeline and impact driven.
- Previous experience in B2B products, SaaS/PaaS solution – enterprise oriented expected, SMB not preferred.
- Previous experience working in a service oriented business model preferred - we offer testing services.
- Analytical skills – build hypotheses, back it up with data, make data driven decisions. SQL and other technical skills is a strong plus.
- Previous remote working experience is expected – first time remote work experience with Testlio not preferred.
- Previous AI/ML product building experience is a strong plus.
