JOB SUMMARY (Open to Remote)
Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
You will be responsible for managing an 8+ figure ad spend and driving performance. We've used outside agencies and our explosive growth has reached a point where it's time to ramp up. You'll be part of the first round dedicated to paid advertising and responsible for owning large-scale strategies and end results, executing towards predetermined KPIs, etc. Although we've been heavily leveraging paid ads for years, you'll be part of the first step towards a dedicated in-house team. In this role you would help shape how we build and grow this team and dominate the competition.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and implement paid search and shopping strategies that align with business objectives, and continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive revenue growthOptimize product feeds to ensure that Google Merchant Center best practices are metCollaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that improve our product feeds and maximize our campaign resultsContinuously optimize campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and revenue targetsConduct A/B testing, implement new strategies, and provide recommendations based on data insightsMonitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to the teamStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Search and ShoppingPerform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS4+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a proven track record of successExperience managing campaigns on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platformsStrong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-makingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsA passion for staying up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the fieldStrong presence to present persuasive recommendations to leadership as well as key external stakeholders, including ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to leadership that highlights a clear decision framework based on analysis and experienceOpenness to receiving coaching and adapting your approachEagerness to try new things and be the best you can beOrganized, strong time management skills, and a self-starting personalityStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong ability to self-manage, with experience working remotelyPersonality that thrives in an entrepreneurial type of environmentStrong technical skills and ability to learn new software and systemsYou have experience in the electrical or industrial supply industries
