Job Description
We are an Everyday Carry Product company specializing in minimalist products, headlined by our flagship product The Ridge Wallet. The Ridge Wallet started as a Kickstarter project in 2013 and is now in the hands and pockets of over 3 million people worldwide! We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. We are a fully remote company and are very excited to expand into the Eastern European market to continue to grow our team! We currently have a US-based team of just over 50 people! We currently employ over 60 international contractors around the world! While this may seem like a lot of people, each department only ranges from 2 - 10 people, which opens up a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. - Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
- We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
- For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $300 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training of the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $1, 200 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!

Overview Of Role
This Operations Project Manager requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams to optimize logistics processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Experience with 3PL facilities and a keen eye for process improvement are valuable assets in this role.
Job Responsibilities
Logistics and 3PL Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with 3PL providers to ensure efficient operational practices. This person should be prepared to participate in meetings for the Operations Director.
- Regularly communicate with 3PL facilities to track shipments, address operational issues, and improve logistics processes.
- Assist in maintaining optimal inventory levels and managing stock movement in coordination with 3PL partners on an assistant level basis.
Operations Support
- Maintain the departmental task board & assist in setting meeting agendas.
- Coordinate with various teams, such as customer support, procurement, and warehouse staff, to ensure needs of each team are being fulfilled.
Data Analysis And Reporting
- Assist in analyzing and generating reports using our ERP System Fulfil.io
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the department.
- Ensure all pending action items from meetings are added to the departmental Task Management system; followup on pending support tickets with our 3PL and ERP Partners.
Documentation And Records Management
- Maintain organized records and documentation related to operations and logistics via meeting notes and SOPs for a departmental wiki.
- Ensure that notes and wikis are easily accessible for reference and audit purposes.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and provide support where needed.
- Assist in training and onboarding new team members.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Project Manager or Transportation / Logistics within Apparel & Sporting Goods.
- You possess excellent communication and influencing skills, are organised and able to multi-task effectively.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
