Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Sales Manager to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to strategize, execute, and optimize sales across various e-commerce platforms, ensuring the presence of best-selling products and consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of e-commerce trends, be adept at data analysis, and excel in cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with online retailers.
Responsibilities:
Multi-Platform Sales Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies across multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to increase product visibility and maximize sales potential.
Best Sellers Management:
• Curate and maintain a portfolio of best-selling products on each e-commerce platform.
• Analyze sales performance data to continually refine and optimize the selection of best sellers.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and formulate actionable insights.
• Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Platform Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at each e-commerce platform.
• Negotiate terms and agreements to ensure optimal placement and visibility for our products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance overall customer experience.
• Provide insights to enhance product listings, content, and promotions.
Sales Growth Initiatives:
• Initiate and lead campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth across all e-commerce platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to proactively adapt strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce sales, with a focus on managing sales across multiple platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
