Amazon VA Manager
Job Description
As an Amazon Virtual Assistant Manager for our e-commerce fine jewelry brand, you will assume a leadership role focused on guiding and empowering a team of virtual assistants to extract valuable insights that contribute to the strategic growth of our international markets. Your primary responsibility will be to orchestrate and lead the team, steering them towards a data-driven approach to inform business decisions. Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the globe, you will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, resolving intricate business challenges, and directing your team towards excellence.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and guide a team of Amazon virtual assistants to gain deep insights into the day-to-day operations of international accounts, emphasizing strategic decision-making.
-Direct the optimization of product listings on the Amazon platform, overseeing performance enhancements and visibility strategies.
-Collaborate closely with team members to devise and implement strategies that elevate Amazon performance metrics.
-Identify and diagnose issues related to Amazon accounts
-Oversee the monitoring and management of inventory levels, directing coordination efforts for restocking and addressing discrepancies.
-Analyze sales and rank data, crafting insightful periodic sales dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
-Coordinate with team members to ensure the robust health of accounts across all Amazon platforms.
Qualifications:
-Proven leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to guide and inspire a team towards excellence.
-Prior 2+ years of experience, preferably in an Amazon Virtual Assistant role or similar position.
-Advanced analytical skills, with a track record of effectively extracting and interpreting data insights.
-Expert multitasker with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
-Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
-Clear and articulate communication and presentation skills, especially in conveying complex data.
-Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing diverse priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
-Experience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Advanced Excel or Google Analytics.
-Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
