Role 🎨
Mindbloom’s mission is to transform lives to transform the world, and core to this mission is increasing availability and affordability of treatment. You’ll enable us to achieve these goals by becoming an expert on our provider acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnel and then prioritizing and implementing the highest-impact initiatives to reduce the costs of attracting and retaining clinicians and guides on our platform. Your initial focuses will be to:
- Define our Clinician and Guide acquisition, activation, cost / delivered hour, and retention funnel and create a roadmap to reduce acquisition costs
- Execute on the roadmap to reduce lifetime labor hours / cost
- Work with Head of Engineering and EA Pool to build, operate, and transfer scalable solutions that sustain acquisition cost improvements

- Experience: 4+ years in a highly analytical role (e.g. growth, consulting, finance, product, or operations) with a proven track record of impact
- Creative Problem Solver: You thrive in independent and ambiguous environments and proactively seek out tools/resources to solve problems (e.g., reads books/blogs, takes courses, uses your network)
- First Principles Thinker: Identifies root of problem and applies creative, first principles thinking to identify solutions that have massive, not incremental, impact
- Analytics Whiz: Analyzes process and large volumes of data to build models, including key levers, in Excel, Sheets, etc. and is skilled in business intelligence tools such as Looker and Tableau
