WHAT’S THE ROLE?

The Catalog Manager will serve as the first level of support for their VA team, providing coaching, standard processes, and one-off guidance as needed to ensure all of Run AMZ’s listings meet the best practices of each platform. Although coaching and delegation is their focus, they will lead by example participating in the actual listing creation, auditing, and correcting of listings of less than 20 ASINs in the dietary supplement space working closely with the internal and VA support team on listing quality, account health, chargeback disputes, and buyer messaging across Amazon Seller Central, eBay, and Walmart WFS.

What You’ll Do

  • Issue resolution expertise

Ability to identify root cause and troubleshoot issues, work toward resolving the issues using tools at hand.

  • Product Listing Optimization

Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and follow Amazon's guidelines and best practices.

  • Manage the global product catalog

Ensuring that all existing listings are up to date. This involves regular audits, making corrections, and identifying and resolving any issues related to product information.

  • Amazon Store Management

Collaborate with the creative/DTC team to ensure Amazon store stay up to date and compliant with Amazon advertising policy.

  • Pricing and Promotions

Assist in setting competitive pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales and improve product visibility.

  • Image Management

Collaborate with the creative team to ensure high-quality product images and media assets are used, complying with Amazon's image guidelines, and enhancing product visual appeal.

  • Compliance and Policy Adherence

Stay up to date with Amazon's policies and guidelines and ensure product listings are always compliant.

  • Amazon flat file expertise, ability to update catalog content/variations
  • Ability to write SOPs for the Catalog team to follow

What We Need From You

  • 3+ Familiarity with Amazon's Seller Central platform managing Amazon product listings and

optimizing product catalogs.

  • Strong understanding of Amazon's algorithms, SEO, and keyword research tools
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience with e-commerce platforms and retail is a plus
  • Walmart & eBay 3P experience is a plus
  • Helium 10 experience or similar platform experience is a plus
  • knowledgeable in Project Management Systems - ie. Monday, Asana, CLICKUP

As a Catalog Expert, you will play a vital role in driving the success of the company's business by ensuring that products are well-represented, easily discoverable, and optimized to meet customer demands and expectations. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing the company's brand presence on Amazon and achieving sales growth objectives.

The salary range for this position is $75-85K. We offer health benefits, a matching 401(k), paid holidays,

flexible time off (FTO) and more.
