We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join their remote team. As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving their marketing initiatives, building partnerships, nurturing leads, and expanding their client base. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain partnerships with agencies, course creators, and affiliates to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Nurture leads and existing clients through effective communication, relationship-building, and strategic follow-ups.
- Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram to increase brand visibility and drive engagement.
- Utilize your copywriting and graphic design skills to create compelling sales presentations, flyers, promotional offers, and other marketing collateral.
- Take ownership of marketing operations and systems, identifying areas for improvement and rolling out task management systems to streamline processes.
- Exhibit a proactive and energetic approach to projects, demonstrating a strong sense of initiative and following through to see them to completion.
- Utilize your expertise in e-commerce marketing within a B2B agency to bring new ideas and strategies to the team.
Requirements:
- Proven 2 years experience in marketing operations in an e-commerce B2B agency.
- Ability to think outside the box and generate ideas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating and implementing effective social media strategies across multiple platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage projects and deliver results.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for taking initiatives and seeing projects through to completion.
