Marketing Manager, Digital Brand

Antelope’s Marketing Manager, Digital Brand is a key position for the company, with the primary responsibility of leading influencer & PR strategy and execution and advising on organic social, campaigns, and brand partnerships. The Marketing Manager, Digital Brand will have an important role in growing our digital brand presence and revenue across Antelope and its family of brands. This role reports up to the Director of Growth Marketing and has the option to be remote or based at our headquarters in New York, NY.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Lead influencer initiatives and strategy end to end, including our ambassador program, gifting and sampling program, and paid initiatives for all of our e-commerce channels (direct to consumer, Amazon, and Chewy)
  • Manage our PR and brand partnerships strategy, including managing our PR agency, reporting out on performance, and ensuring profitable partnerships
  • Help ensure all campaigns and promotions are profitable and in line with our long term brand strategy and growth goals
  • Support the expansion of our organic social media and influencer channels into new accounts like Twitter, Pinterest, Reddit, and more
  • Work in partnership with the e-commerce team in reporting and analytics for all brand channels and overall campaign performance to ensure we are constantly optimizing our end-to-end customer experience
  • Work in partnership with our creative team on photoshoots and digital assets needed for our respective brands and campaigns
  • Work in partnership with our Marketing Lead, Digital Brand to oversee our campaign and social media (Instagram, Linkedin, Facebook) calendar and account performance, including planning and maintaining consistency of messaging and content across organic, paid, and retention channels
  • Act as a mentor for the broader Digital / Growth Marketing team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university (required)
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in influencer, social media, digital marketing, or general brand marketing management
  • Experience managing agency relationships with a desire to mentor and manage direct reports down the line
  • Experience working in a startup or similar fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Proven track record of value creation in digital campaign management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter, used to working independently
  • Digitally savvy, active on social media and highly curious about new digital trends
