Job Summary

As the Marketing Director (global campaigns for returns management) you will have a key role in planning, developing and executing our demand generation activities alongside Blue Yonder’s retail demand generation team. You’ll be responsible for delivering our revenue targets in the category. The successful candidate will have experience leading and managing teams across regions, an understanding of the target markets and customers, and a proven track record of driving growth through innovative marketing campaigns and channel strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, business development, industry strategy, and product marketing to ensure alignment of campaigns with business goals.

Blue Yonder Acquired Doddle Returns Management in 2023. The returns management team has rapid growth targets and as such operates with a startup mentality within the infrastructure of a big organisation.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a 12-month marketing plan and ensuring it ladders up, and delivers on, our overall business objectives

  • Working alongside Blue Yonder’s field marketing and ABM teams to activate the plan
  • Scaling our marketing efforts, testing into new areas, and driving overall efficiency of your teams output
  • Working closely with the content team and product marketing team to develop compelling content offers for our audience
  • Management of budget and allocation across activities to support your marketing plan
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaign, providing insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns and deliver significant ROI to meet pipeline and bookings targets
  • Work cross-functionally to make our sales and marketing processes as efficient as possible
  • Feed into and represent marketing in the GTM process

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment. Within the retail sector would be a plus but not a necessity
  • Proven leadership skills
  • A track record of scaling marketing in fast-growing organizations
  • Ability to think strategically, but also execute where required to achieve our goals
  • Good written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
  • A record of using data to measure the success of efforts
  • Comfortable with a dynamic environment when priorities and tactics change rapidly and you’re able to adapt quickly.
