Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Manager, Global Influencer Marketing, we are seeking a Influencer Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team. This role requires experience prospecting outreach targets, building external relationships, and ensuring influencer deliverables are achieved.

Responsibilities:
- Research new influencer marketing opportunities across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and by using tools like Upfluence
- Effectively prospect targets identified by key demographic and audience segment criteria
- Send high volume of outbound emails to establish first contact with influencers and/or agencies
- Manage campaigns on “for trade” basis, as well as be comfortable negotiating with influencers/agency partners
- Onboard influencers with unique tracking process, and document accordingly
- Build and maintain your own dedicated influencer marketing roster and book of business
- Understand performance metrics and isolate what’s working
- Assist in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
- Assist internal workflow and communication necessary to execute influencer marketing deliverables
- Ensure influencer marketing roster curates value and drives high ROI
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of digital marketing experience with track record of success
- Will also accept related experience in media buying, audio/radio, business development, Sales, or Public Relations (PR)
- This person must naturally love influencer and/or podcast marketing
- Sports knowledge is a major plus
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and KPI metrics
- Comfortable writing and sending high volume outbound emails per day
- Excels at researching and outreach techniques to secure relationships
- Able to build quality partnerships based on “for trade” campaigns, or be able to negotiate campaign costs and deliverables
- A team player, with a willingness to adapt and test new approaches to solving problems
