Our client, a well-established multinational D2C e-commerce company operating in the USA selling high-quality pet products, is looking for an experienced professional to fill an immediate opening for a Marketing Manager for a full-time remote job.
As the Ecommerce Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our online store by strategically marketing and promoting our products. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies, ensuring that our products not only meet customer needs but also stand out in the competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities:
- Lead creative and cross-functional teams, utilise project management skills to create a harmonious and productive work environment, distributing and coordinating the work of the Marketing department, making sure the deadlines are respected and the results achieved. Delve into strategic tasks: ex. creating an efficient design system with the designer.
- Develop and implement data-driven product marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and niches for our products.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging product descriptions, images, and videos.
- Ensure the content is SEO-optimized to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Own user experience (UX) across all selling platforms: work with the team to optimize the online customer journey and shopping experience, implement A/B tests to optimize product pages and improve conversion rates.
-Utilize analytics tools to take s data-based strategic decisions, track, analyze, and report on product performance and customer behavior.
Qualifications:
- Mathematics or similar + Marketing education combined with experience in an agency
- 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce marketing project/teams, preferably in a product marketing D2C company.
- Proven track record of managing creative and cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and analytics tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in content creation and data analysis.
- Proactive and results-driven individual with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing the online shopping experience
- Fluent English (C1 preferable)
