This is a full-time remote contractor position or a permanent employee contract if based in the UK.

How You Will Spend Your Time

• Achieve overall company goals by executing necessary admin/data entry/reporting/ad hoc tasks across different areas of the business
• Streamline product management by creating and amending barcodes, products, and data entries across multiple platforms
• Improve website performance by actioning basic website changes such as collection page rankings, product price reductions, website banner changes, or product name changes
• Enhance reporting accuracy by diagnosing and resolving reporting issues, creating and amending reporting spreadsheets, and assisting the product team with data entry
• Ensure seamless collaboration by creating the Monthly Trade document and charts and graphs, organizing content in Google Drive, and optimizing Asana workflow for team members to use
• Drive efficiencies across the business by periodically reviewing existing processes, making recommendations, and implementing changes
  

Who You Are

• You are proficient in Asana, with experience in creating and managing tasks and projects
• You have extensive experience working with spreadsheets
• You have strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors in tasks and projects.
• You have excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and candidates.
• You are willing to learn new skills and adapt to changing work requirements, with a growth mindset
• You have exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities
• You know G Suite, including Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
• You have experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
