Who We’re Looking For - Reporting to the Director, Global eCommerce, we are seeking an eCommerce Coordinator who can efficiently manage product catalog maintenance and setup for our D2C channel. In this role, you will set up new products and pricing and maintain brand standards by entering content for Home/Landing and Product Page sections. You'll compile basic reports, demonstrating strong collaboration skills and continuous learning mentality.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain product catalog and execute new product setup:
- Conduct product setup and pricing entry within Shopify/Netsuite platforms
- Implement product data setup efficiently in the Strapi Collection system
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings across all platforms
- Support Content team by entering content for Home/Landing and Product Page sections
- Manage the seamless migration of product pages to new templates while ensuring minimal disruption to user experience and functionality during the transition
- Collaborate closely to maintain brand consistency and quality standards
- Proactively identify areas for content standardization and updates and collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to develop briefs for Design team
- Collaborate with development and copywriting teams to establish and enforce character limits
- Review session replays and heatmaps to gather insights and observations
- Summarize findings for the team to inform optimization strategies
- Generate and compile basic reports using GA4 as directed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Shopify, Netsuite, and Strapi (or similar) Collection systems for product/pricing setup and maintenance
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to ensure accuracy and consistency in product listings across multiple platforms
- Experience in content management for Home/Landing and Product Page sections, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and heatmapping/session replay tools for generating and compiling basic reports and insights preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work closely with development and copywriting teams to enforce content guidelines preferred
