Position Overview:
This is a role requires a cross-functional skill set for marketing, operations, and sales. The position requires experience working in both Seller Central and Vendor Central Amazon platforms. Comfortable pulling and analyzing data from a variety of sources and have a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
Retailer.com Channel Management
- Oversee the management and optimization of Amazon’s e-commerce channel across brands including product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Monitor Amazon listings daily (US and Canada) for lost BB, pricing changes, listing removals, listings being broken/joined or OOS. Proactively catch and address issues
- Perform all catalog maintenance ensuring listings are accurate (pricing, specs, weights/measures, UPCs, etc.) across all retailer.com channels
- Assist in entering promotions in both Vendor & Seller Central
- Monitor Account Health Dashboard (US & Canada) for Amazon - provide recommendations on improvements and work with brand to make updates
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Execute weekly sales reporting across brands to deliver a comprehensive view of business
- Perform monthly sales reporting across all retailer.com channels and present to leadership opportunities
- Create monthly sales reports for all retailer.com channels
- Owning keyword research across platforms to identify opportunities for capturing growth in the category
- Support regular A/B tests to optimize all Amazon content working closely with brands
- Perform regular audits of the competitive landscape across brand verticals to identify opportunities in the category
Provide Monthly Support for Site Merchandising
- Support Director of eCommerce retailers with content updates across retailer.com channels
- Support the creation of Amazon Brand Posts and CEC campaigns ensuring we maximize traffic for pages
- Assist in the maintenance of the store locator ensuring new products are live
- Support programs that drive product reviews and ensure positive customer experience
- Proactively look for ways to improve the customer journey/experience on all retailer.com channels
- Assist in new ASIN/Sku creation ensuring items are ordered, added to brand stores, and findable on Amazon
- Support account audits and other efforts that improve findability, orderability, and purchasability across channels
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s e-commerce platforms & tools with expertise in both Vendor Central and Seller Central showing expertise in pulling reports and managing tasks in both
- Familiarity with Amazon ads console and ad types
- Proven experience working with e-commerce retail platforms and tools, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges with enthusiasm
Hours per week
- 30 - 40 hrs per week
- $65,000 - $75,000 range
- contract with ability to extend
- Fully remote
