Location: Remote

Position Overview

As an E-Commerce Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the online retail strategy for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize our e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly online shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

E-commerce Platform Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure the seamless functionality of the online store, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management
  • Develop and manage product attributes to drive quality online listings
  • New item set-up and maintenance on all of our e-commerce platforms (armacostlighting.com, Amazon.com Vendor Central, Home Depot Supplier Hub, etc.)
  • Building new landing pages on the client's site
  • Website product maintenance

Customer Experience Enhancement:

  • Work on improving the overall user experience on the e-commerce platforms
  • Implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance
  • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize the online shopping experience and increase sales.
  • Complete competitive analysis on how competitors are promoting products and programs on their digital platforms within the market
  • Manage reporting and analysis of sales data to drive listing improvements
  • Communicate weekly with operations to ensure adequate in-stock levels

Promotion:

  • Support Trojan Lithium promotion, paid search, and display advertising
  • Work within the e-commerce platform and optimize the pages for search (SEO)

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce management
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through digital channels
  • Digital advertising and promotion experience, 2 years preferred
  • Proficient in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and SEM
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
