MasterBrand Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic, Director of Marketing Technology to lead a high-performing team that develops and implements the company's Marketing Technology strategy to optimize the Customer and Consumer experience. The selected candidate will report directly to VP, Customer & Consumer Experience and work intimately with Commercial Segment and other MasterBrand leaders to develop and deploy advanced marketing technology solutions to achieve strategic business outcomes.The ideal candidate will have experience in roles combining marketing, customer insights, data analysis and business execution in a digital environment. The candidate will need to be a thought leader who can inspire, influence and work collaboratively across many teams.Accountabilities
- Digital technology expert who leads and oversees company’s marketing operations which includes the technology stack, team and managed services
- Develop and execute the digital marketing technology strategy, design and architecture for MasterBrand – inclusive of all points in the customer/consumer journey
- Team-oriented leader who leads Agile Scrum methodology by example
- Timely delivery of software projects on the various web platforms which enable our fast-paced business to grow and evolve
- Talent & budget management across strategic initiatives and Application Management Services
- Understanding of the marketing technology landscape and experience with relevant digital marketing technologies (personalization, data platforms, analytics, etc.)
- Mapping marketing and business strategies into architecture and technology strategy
- Providing strategic thinking, leadership and solution development across technologies & programs, including: analytics, personalization, customer data platforms (ex: Adobe, Redpoint, Salesforce), data management platforms (Adobe, Oracle, Salesforce), ad technology, testing and optimization and Ecommerce
- Engaging with business and technology leaders to understand strategy, articulate solution options, evaluating tradeoffs and influencing key decisions
- Defining goals for technology components and frameworks including reference architectures and implementations for MarTech solutions, including, but not limited to data management platforms and customer data platforms
- Thinking strategically about business, marketing and technical challenges
- Project managing through a full lifecycle, including the ability to prioritize, sequence, execute and deliver projects on time and on budget
- Collaborating with cross functional teams within IT and throughout the business to identify top initiatives
Qualifications
Technical Expertise & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- A track record of developing & managing applications and team supporting CRM, Digital Experience and E-Commerce platforms
- 10+ years leadership experience in digital marketing technology. Must have a strong background in digital marketing technology/trends, should act as a thought leader internally and externally
- Experience with application rationalization, migration from old platforms to newer platforms
- Good knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
- Experience with Salesforce, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager or other Enterprise Web Content Management Systems
- Experience with WordPress, Drupal, Joomla or other web content management systems preferred
- Experience with Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud or other Ecommerce platforms
- Experience with Salesforce CRM Sales/Service and Experience Clouds
- Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot, Marketo or other Marketing Automation Platforms
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Product Information Management (PIM) systems preferred
- Experience with Dell Boomi or other relevant middleware solutions preferred
- Experience working with Ecommerce vendors like Wayfair, Amazon a plus
- Agile/Scrum certification(s)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
