About You
The Director, Amazon Operations and Reporting will create account level strategies to deliver best in class operational efficiency to drive profitable growth on Amazon for the Nutrafol business. This position will drive company Amazon growth by owning the customer experience through business efficiency and data driven decision making.
The team is looking for a thought leader with experience translating complex operational processes into seamless end-to-end customer experiences that delivers measurable growth against key metrics. This role requires a growth and data-driven mindset, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of streamlining processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to create efficiencies within operations and reporting tools for Amazon, in order to meet KPIs & maximize ROI.
- Design and implement reporting cadence and documents for internal and external reporting by standardizing KPIs and goal tracking.
- Leverage data to provide effective strategies that optimize inventory, demand forecasting, warehouse management and fulfillment process.
- Create cost savings opportunities within the operational process.
- Develop and own the partnership and communications with external agency partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in order to align strategically and maximize all opportunities.
- Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in operations, business management, or any business-related field.

- 5+ years of experience working in retail operations, preferably with Amazon account experience within an eCommerce company
- 5+ years experience with analytics tools, business and shopper insights and data-driven planning and optimization
- Hands-on experience delivering and presenting data and insights to Leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business decisions
- In depth understanding of Amazon fulfillment network and retailer reporting platform (Vendor Central or Seller Central)
- Creative thinker and strategist to create unique out of the box solutions for growth
- Ability to demonstrate strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives
Nutrafol takes into consideration a wide range of factors in final compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. The listed range is applicable only to the annual base salary and does not include additional perks, benefits, or applicable bonus eligibility comprising the total compensation package.
Salary Range
$160,000 — $180,000 USD
