Position Summary:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to help improve and grow our presence on Amazon Marketplace. The person in this role will manage marketing and content strategy and execution on Amazon Marketplace, including process improvement and special projects management, while working to achieve and exceed key forecasts. This individual must be an exceptional communicator who works to understand and meet requirements of multiple teams.

Dr. Kellyann: Our functional food and beauty brand with co-creator Dr. Kellyann Petrucci. Dr. Kellyann Petrucci is a doctor specializing in biological medicine, a certified nutritionist, and a New York Times best-selling author. Dr Kellyann’s mission is to deliver the most trustworthy health products in a system that makes sense by continuing to be honest, authentic, dedicated, and caring.

Better Wild: our new brand with co-creator, Dr. Oakley, Yukon Vet launching in late 2022. This line of all-natural pet food and supplements will be based on the legendary Dr. Michelle Oakley. Veterinarian to pretty much everything that moves in the Yukon, she’s best known for her hit TV series featured on National Geographic and streaming on Disney+ that’s now in its 10th season. She and her brand proudly stand behind every product with each being responsibly sourced and always delivered in sustainable packaging.

Essential Duties:

• Own the strategy and execution of Veyl’s marketing on Amazon Marketplace, Developing and executing growth strategies including but not limited to ratings & reviews, PPC advertising, promotional strategies, & listing optimizations
• Build and implement CRO strategies to improve conversion rates on product listings and all touchpoints of the marketplace funnels
• Develop and support marketplace review strategies to ensure product listings remain competitive from launch through maturity
• Collaborate with Amazon PPC agency to scale growth while improving ad efficiencies (AMS and DSP)
• Leverage analytic tools to monitor KPIs and reporting, and effectively communicate performance to the team
• Work closely with internal design team to create content for marketplace initiatives
• Develop and test off-platform traffic-driving strategies
• Find, evaluate, test, and prove out untapped growth opportunities
• Keep updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing the team of noteworthy items and opportunities
  

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience executing growth strategies for a brand selling on Amazon (3P seller experience preferred) including scaling ratings & reviews, AMS, DSP, and deal schedules
• A scrappy team player willing to roll up their sleeves in a hyper-growth, start-up environment
• Knowledge of paid social & conversion rate optimization
• Experience managing content creation for marketplaces, including listing images, product descriptions, and A+ content
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams and work independently and autonomously.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously and deliver results.
• A self-starter that proactively uncovers value and can act with little guidance
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills - ability to use data to develop and measure marketing programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
