We currently operate around the globe selling in the US, Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia on Shopify and through other channels such as Amazon and Wholesalers. We have also expanded and continue to expand our product catalog to include KeyCases, Bolt Action Pens, Knives, Rings, Watches and we have plenty more in the works!

Benefits & Perks

• At this time, we offer pay on a weekly basis via PayPal or Wise.com, but preferability Wise.com for ease of payments.
• Starting 30 days after the working relationship has started, we offer Paid Vacation and Sick time depending on the number of days remaining in the calendar year. These pools of time will be reset at the beginning of each calendar year.
• We offer a “13th month” salary in December, which results in doubling the salary during the month of December.
• For this position, we are offering a weekly salary range of $350 USD depending on experience, with the expectation of a 40-hour work week. During training the first few week's hours may be lower, but the salary rate will remain the same. The total per month would then be $ 1,400 USD. For highly skilled applicants, this can be negotiated upon completion of the application!

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Manage the reporting on influencer content that has gone live, including updating numbers in google sheets, adding formulas, etc
• Identifying trends and patterns based on the data and interpreting the significance of good and bad results
• Analyzing content that has gone live to see in content trends of top performing content
• Helping to identify large scale creators that would be a good fit for Ridge and finding their best contact information
• Recognizing influencer content that would be ideal for paid ads and internal campaigns
• Assist the Director including - help to manage priorities ranging from small calls to larger deadlines.
• Keeping a pulse on new sponsored content that’s going live, and monitoring for high quality, interesting content that we can leverage across our other channels
• Project Management - setting the project scope and timelines as well as resource planning and activities scheduling.
  

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or Consumer Insights / Market Research within Consumer industry.
• Extremely organized and have the ability to help organize the Director assisting
• Familiarity within the Youtube/Social media influencer space
• Experienced with google sheets - including formulas like Vlookups, if/then, sumif’s and more
• Familiarity with Notion is preferred
• You are experienced in managing a wide range of qualitative and quantitative research.
• Experience within would be a strong advantage.
• You are a strong networker & relationship builder
• You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
• You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
