Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the Data Analyst critically analyzes performance data to optimize digital marketing campaigns and accelerate growth. You will utilize tools like Google Analytics, Looker, and PowerBI to uncover trends and insights. By creating compelling dashboards, you will identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and ROI. By optimizing spend across channels like Google and LinkedIn Ads, you will help align the budget to the highest-performing initiatives. With a passion for data-driven marketing, you will collaborate across teams to set key performance indicators, run experiments, and translate analytics into strategic recommendations. Success in this role means leveraging your analytics skills to demonstrate marketing’s impact on critical SaaS metrics like new customer acquisition, lifetime value, and revenue growth.

  • Analyze digital marketing data from various sources such as Salesforce, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others to uncover insights and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and Microsoft PowerBI to analyze performance data and identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create visual reports and dashboards to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaigns goals and continuously improve performance.
  • Develop A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Monitor KPIs and website analytics to provide ongoing performance updates and recommendations.
  • Experience with ecommerce data analytics and reporting digital marketplaces/storefronts is preferred. Ability to analyze metrics like sales, conversion rates, average order value, ROAS etc and provide insights to optimize digital media manager assets, promotions, and overall performance.
  • Ability to analyze key SaaS metrics such as CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, and fully loaded CAC to optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience modeling customer acquisition costs by channel to inform budget allocation decisions across digital media campaigns.
  • Skilled at synthesizing digital advertising budget data to identify opportunities to optimize spending, improve ROI and accelerate growth.
  • Capable of monitoring and reporting on metrics like CAC payback period to demonstrate marketing impact on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics or related, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing digital marketing data and campaign performance
  • Proficient with digital analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Looker Studio, etc.
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills using platforms like Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, and Google Sheets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey data insights.
  • Comfortable translating data findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Passionate about using data to drive marketing strategy and optimize performance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to take constructive feedback, and willingness to iterate and improve designs based on feedback and data
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and ideas
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
