The Customer Success Representative is vital to our growth and success. This individual will earn the position of a trusted advisor to a portfolio of Foxit’s strategic, high-growth customers, building strong partnerships, ensuring adoption/implementation of our solutions thus driving our customers to realize the return on their investment more rapidly.

Areas of Focus-

  • Ensure overall customer success with Foxit solutions: adoption, training, usage, expansion
  • Drive adoption of solutions through ongoing communication with the stakeholders/users throughout the organization
  • Develop and execute customers’ success plan to include deliverables deployment schedules, training requirements and quarterly strategy/roadmap meetings
  • Proactively engage clients around new feature releases and opportunities to adopt current features while providing feature support and identifying opportunities for upsell through technical expertise Coordinate the activities of internal resources required to align with customers’ goals
  • Act as a consultant with clients to deliver value, and reduce churn
  • Identify client issues, proposing solutions and escalating to the appropriate person to the point of resolution
  • Foster innovation by sharing best practices and use cases from clients within all verticals
  • Collaborate with sales executives to assist in driving cross-sell/upsell opportunities and maintaining consistent growth objectives
  • Coordinate the activities of internal resources required to align with customers’ goals
  • Advocate for the customer internally and drive to improve Foxit’s operational processes to drive greater customer success

Requirements-

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Multi-lingual in English-German, English-French OR English-Dutch
  • 3+ years in the fields of Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales in software or other solutions-based offerings (preferably SaaS) with a proven record of success
  • Experience successfully achieving quotas
  • Driven to exceed customer expectations
  • Manage and deliver success to a portfolio of clients with varying objectives
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Effective in building relationships from C-level to end-user
  • Technical aptitude
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledge in the PDF market is a plus
