We’re searching for a Creative Director who can leverage experience in events, interactive and social media to develop powerful creative experiences through storytelling and innovation. This person will partner with cross functional teams to inspire and amaze our clients, while bringing innovative ideas to life. The perfect candidate will be a strategically-driven, creatively-led thinker with strong integrity and a strong portfolio to match.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 7+ years of proven, hands-on creative leadership
- Integrated marketing experience
- Understand how to generate the “big idea” and execute it with team members
- Experience working with Fortune 100 clients
- Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency

How We’ll Take Care Of You
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting salary for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000. Our salary ranges are based on third-party national average market compensation analysis. The actual salary is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The salary range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
