We are looking for a technically savvy Client Success Manager who has a strong bias for actions and results. As a Client Success Manager, you will partner and collaborate with the departments of coaching, sales, operations, and marketing to enhance the overall client experience in our Amazon FBA coaching program.
Duties for the Client Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks including but not limited to maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn.
You should also be able to provide insights on client-to-business interactions, improve customer experience through support, and handle customer complaints and requests.

Description
TruPro Elites is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Client Success Manager to join our e-commerce agency team. The Client Success Manager will serve as one of the primary points of contact for our clients in Slack, managing and growing relationships with a set of accounts across our book of clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement, managing client expectations, and driving processes forward. This Associate will work directly with our Lead Client Success Manager, and will together define KPIs and Goals for client communication and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication on Slack to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Manage client expectations, proactively identifying potential issues and resolving them in a timely and effective manner with direct communication.
- Collaborate with the Client Success Manager to identify opportunities to drive satisfaction growth for our clients.
- Prepare and deliver reports to clients, providing insights into the status of their accounts.
- Conduct regular check-ins
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related role in e-commerce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving customer satisfaction goals.
- Knowledge of Amazon FBA is a big plus
- Detail-oriented, ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Position Responsibilities
- Client Outcomes at TruPro Elites by Ensuring That Our Client Has the Best Experience and Knowledge on Their Coaching Calls, in Our Community, and Help Desk With the Team
- Deliver Up to 6-8 Calls 1-on-1 Clients Calls Per Day, on Zoom
- Attend and Teach (When Needed) Weekly Live Training Webinars With the Director of Coaching
