Brand Manager

Description
The Brand Manager position will be responsible for ensuring positive outcomes with regard to brand relationships, product expansion, and margin improvements for a specific portfolio of brands. This person should have a strong understanding of the relationship between pricing, inventory, sell through and how this impacts the Gross Margin Dollars.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a diverse and dynamic portfolio of brands, optimizing total strategy and product assortments to grow the revenue and margin of the business.
  • Manage cross-functional communication between brand partners and SupplyKick’s internal service teams, working to set and execute growth-minded goals that are shared and celebrated by partners.
  • Building relationships with new brand partners, serving as their main contact and assisting in setting and executing goals. This may include elevating existing listings or launching brand new products to the ecommerce platform.
  • Work proactively to manage and optimize marketplace listings and set brand initiatives, to help ensure best-in-class partner performance.
  • Ability to identify when there is a problem with your brand. Utilizing the internal team to help resolve the issue. This may include: account issues, logistics and inventory issues or listing opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years with experience being responsible for the following KPI’s: gross margin dollars, stock out percentage, and inventory sell through while working with multiple brands or manufacturers.
  • 2+ years experience with developing strategy for pricing, promotion, and inventory management.
  • Is motivated by creating strategies and seeing the results impact the gross margin.
  • Ability to address multiple situations that arise at the same time.
  • An eye for data with proven analytical skills
  • Experience executing multiple simultaneous projects with a focus on detail.
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally within the organization.
  • Ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment in a growth stage company.

Salary

  • $65,000-$70,000
