Associate Account Manager, Digital Advertising
Job Description
Associate Account Managers at Channel Bakers are the foundation of the Client Success function. Without you we would not be able to collectively create wins for our clients, channel partners and fellow Bakers.
You are a key player in the account team, working alongside the Account Managers and the Account Executive, assisting with the day-to-day running of client accounts and ensuring that strategy is executed on time and to budget.
You are a strong communicator and are comfortable interacting with clients on calls. You are confident in providing performance overviews and sharing essential insights to your clients which are integral to their brand's success.
With acute attention to detail, you provide and review advertising reports, launch advertising strategy and ensure your accounts are always strategically optimized. You also oversee and track click credits, budget pacing, customer deliverables and take any ad hoc client requests in your stride. You are a guru on all things related to Search strategy and Demand Side Platform (DSP) and utilize this knowledge to leverage optimum campaign outputs for our clients. As the right hand to the Account Manager, you support them with quarterly business reviews, presentations and developing media plans.

This position is Full-time and can be 100% Remote anywhere in the U.S., but may require domestic travel, approximately 10% of the time.
Salary: $26.44 per hour + 10% OTE variable bonus
Everyday Tasks
- Communicate regularly with clients via calls, email, and in-person meetings to provide campaign updates and discuss campaign actions and activities
- Oversee click credits tracking, keyword and call to action development, and all DSP activity
- Launching advertising strategy and strategic optimization of accounts
- Support budget pacing & management
- Prepare advertising reports, interpret data and insight developmentTake detailed notes on client calls and prepare action plans
- Present performance overviews on client call and shares meaningful insights
- Carry out brand and product researchParticipate in Beta Programs where applicable Ad hoc client requests as required
- Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally within Channel Bakers and other key stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2+ years of Marketing or Advertising account management experience in a fast moving, client facing environment
- Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business or Communications preferred.
- Experience of Amazon Advertising and exposure to Demand Side Platform (DSP) a bonus.
- Experience of working within a high performing team
- Strong analytical and qualitative skills - numbers don’t scare you!
- Proficient user of standard office software (MS Office etc).
- Intermediate or advanced excel skills are essential
- Proven ability to cultivate and foster new relationships and deepen existing ones
