Product Manager&Researcher

We are looking for a Product&Researcher Manager. This role requires close work with our product team as well as close collaboration with the marketing team. The main role is to expand and work with the product line of our brands. Experience with a physical product is very important for us.‍

Main Responsibilities:‍

- Market demand and supply analysis;
- Trends and technologies analysis;
- Product range development;
- Monitor product performance, identify risks, issues, and problems, escalate as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles;
- Drive a focus on design & cost to ensure the delivery of excellent products to our consumers at valued price points;
- Be responsible for product documentation specification, manual, etc, packaging, case studies, product comparisons, competitor analysis be an expert with respect to the competition, and user stories;
- Work with the target audience to study their request and expectations from the product. With further changes.
- Lead new product development: concept, roadmap, product design, sample production/samles purchasing, shipping & testing. Prepare all nessesary documentation.
- Manage from the idea, mass production conformation to product end of life. Brief, manage and collaborate with designers to realize new products from concept through to ready-for-manufacture CAD.

Main Objectives:

- Production schedule implementation

- Product Production (Cost/Quality/Country of Origin/Certification/Packaging & labeling/Output).

Main Requirements:

- 2+years experience with a physical product, towards B2C;

- Good presentation and communication skills;

- Advanced written and spoken English.
