Argo Brands is a household brand that is built upon integrity and value. We have grown into a company that proudly offers eco-friendly products across the largest online retail vendors. With 3 brands in our portfolio we showcase a wide range of products that are well suited for the consumer market.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Direct-to-Consumer Manager to drive the growth of our products across various digital platforms and channels. The DTC Manager will be responsible for scaling our products presence and performance on our websites and key platforms including Meta, Google, Email, TikTok, and affiliates. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for optimizing consumer experiences. Preference for individuals with prior experience running CRO campaigns, A/B testing landing pages for traffic funnels, and more.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive DTC strategies to scale Argo Brands’s product reach and sales across our website and digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies.
- Manage and optimize Argo Brands websites for conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring an exceptional user experience.
- Collaborate with web developers and designers to enhance site functionality, product pages, and the overall shopping experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, website metrics, and sales data.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improve ROI, and make informed decisions.
- Develop and manage budgets for digital marketing and advertising initiatives.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize impact and achieve business objectives.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in digital marketing, e-commerce, or DTC roles, with a track record of scaling products and driving growth.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) and email marketing best practices.
- Experience with website optimization, CRO, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
