Amazon Listing Manager

Our client, Brandvised, a dynamic Amazon FBA business with a global presence, is looking for a talented and experienced Amazon Listing Manager to join the vibrant team for a full-time remote job.

The Listing Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and maintaining product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces. This role involves conducting keyword research, creating and amending listings, monitoring account health, and ensuring listings are localized and compliant with marketplace requirements. The ideal candidate will possess attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The Listing Specialist reports directly to the Brand Manager and collaborates with other team members to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor Account and Optimize Listings:
    • Monitor account health, listing alerts, and coupon errors.
    • Save monthly category listing reports.
    • Create SKUs and manage listing uploads/amendments (text, images).
    • Handle variation family creation and amendments.
    • Review monitoring for quality issues..
    • Update and manage the Amazon brand story and store uploads/changes.
  • Conduct Research and Localization:
    • Conduct keyword research and create listing text for product launches (secondary marketplaces like CA, UK, and EU).
    • Perform keyword research and listing text creation for primary marketplaces when needed.
    • Translate image text for localization on international marketplaces.
  • Campaign and Promotion Management:
    • Manage Vine submissions.
    • Manage coupon campaigns, including stopping/restarting deals and extending expiration dates.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Proactively add and update data in spreadsheets (e.g., weekly updates to the deal spreadsheet).
    • Assist with tasks involving spreadsheets, such as deal scheduling and updates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in e-commerce (Amazon) listing creation and management.
  • Strong analytical and research skills for keyword optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
  • Experience with localization and international marketplace management.
  • Understanding of e-commerce SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
