It’s doctor-developed, made with skin-safe ingredients that are gentle enough for the most sensitive parts and clinically proven to control any external B.O. for 72 hours. In 2023, we launched a men’s line called Mando. Mando uses the same technology as Lume but has different scent profiles.
We are a 6-year-old fast growing, omni-channel deodorant and personal care brand that’s transforming the way that humans do hygiene. We joined forces with Harry’s, another disruptive brand with great people and infrastructure, to accelerate our growth. We are a team of self-starters that roll up our sleeves and get it done. Our style is collaborative and very fast-paced so an adaptive personality is a must.
The Amazon Inventory Manager will be a critical part of the Lume Supply Chain team, working with both external and cross functional partners (Fulfillment, R&D, Marketing, Analytics teams + more) to develop kitting & replenishment plans, optimize inventory, and ensure high customer fulfillment rates. Additionally, the team is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain, including product development, supplier relationships and inbound freight to our fulfillment centers. The Amazon Inventory Manager will own development of an inventory replenishment strategy for all product categories selling through Amazon. They will become the primary operational point of contact for Amazon to both internal channel leads & external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily, weekly and monthly inventory reports to ensure optimum inventory levels based on the most accurate demand data communicated by the commercial & supply chain teams as well as third party logistics (3PLs)
- Collaborate with Supply Chain Managers to translate manufacturing/production plans into inventory replenishment recommendations
- Build effective communication channels and collaboration processes with cross functional teams, from Supply Chain to Amazon channel leadership, to ensure uninterrupted availability of healthy levels of inventory
- Investigate and timely communicate any possible risks that may have significant impact on inventory replenishment variations.

- Manage all inventory outbound transactions in close coordination with transportation carriers, and warehousing/third-party logistics service providers
- Build and manage effective documentation system
- Manage excess/aging inventory and storage fees at Amazon and 3PLs
- Partner with the team to iterate and implement new processes by identifying process inefficiencies and making recommendations for continuous improvement.
This should describe you
- 5+ years of experience working in operations
- 2-3 years of experience in supply and inventory planning, ideally for products selling on Amazon.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to develop inventory models to support a complex fulfillment network.
- Experience with ERPs. SAP is a plus
- Strong communicator. Ability to communicate well with various cross-functional teams and individual contributors, as well as your suppliers. Ability to cater to your audience, whether with peers, leadership, supplier senior leaders, plant workers, etc.
- Sense of urgency: bias for taking action. Self-starting capability required to achieve high expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail. You are comfortable going deep into the weeds while always considering the bigger picture
- You are a learner - always seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you
- You are extremely organized, attentive to detail, and adept at working within deadlines
- Sense of humor -- we take our work seriously and ourselves un-seriously
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central is a huge bonus
This role can be done remotely, however there may be location constraints based on where Harry's is registered and able to employ individuals. That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 , but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
