GNO Partners was founded by Gal and Ouriel, who built two brands in 2018, scaled and grew them, and exited both brands at the end of 2021. Our company’s mission is to help Amazon brands by sharing our systems, workflows, processes, and strategies, which will provide a clear path to success and potential exit. Our goal is to create a clear growth plan and help execute.

We are a fully remote Amazon brand consulting agency. Our service delivery model is that of a consultant (Done With You), not a service provider (Done For You). We value teamwork, trust, honesty, and hard and smart work.

This position is a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn our in-depth brand analysis process, which will teach you most aspects of the Amazon business. You won’t gain this level of depth and knowledge of the Amazon business anywhere.

We are looking for a brand analysis (BA) manager who loves analysis and reporting (Must Have), has Amazon experience through either brand management or working at an agency (Must Have), has high level Google sheets / excel formulas knowledge and experience (Good to Have), has management (people, project, and process mgmt) experience (Must Have), and is highly proficient in English speaking and writing (Must Have). The brand analysis (BA) manager will oversee the brand analysis team and the process to manage the BA projects, QA the reports, use Google sheets knowledge to double check various data-points, motivate the team to meet deadlines, and improve the English messaging of the various points within the BA.

You must have the requirements listed above along with at least three years of experience with Google sheets and formulas, Amazon Seller Central, project management, be a native English speaker with great writing skills, and reside in either USA, Canada, UK, Israel, or Europe. Without them, your application will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
  • Learn our Amazon brand analysis process
  • Oversee the brand analysis team to encourage and motivate them to stay on task and meet deadlines
  • Update the upper management on daily status of open BA projects
  • Provide answers, help, and guidance to the BA team
  • Be the liaison between the BA team and upper management
  • QA all brand analysis to ensure data accuracy
  • Improve the English messaging and explanation of various BA points and findings
  • Track the new client BA stages and follow-up with clients on data and reporting needs.
  • Look at the current BA process and provide insights and ideas to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Attend and lead weekly BA team meetings (mandatory). Head of operations will train you on leading team meetings. Afterwards, you will lead those meetings independent of the Head of OPs

Requirements:

  • Extensive Amazon experience and knowledge as either brand manager or working within an Amazon service agency
  • Expert level knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and navigation
  • Expert level knowledge and experience in Google Sheets / Excel and formulas
  • Fully Remote with dependable internet service
  • Organized and knows how to prioritize: Organization and priority setting will be expected. You will need to show that you can handle multiple projects and requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Warm, friendly, and fun: you know how to connect with your team and the upper level management; you have a friendly and positive attitude towards your work and co-workers. Having a good sense of humor and being approachable are important
