The Role

We are looking for an experienced AI & Conversational Design professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces using IBM Watson Assistant. You will be responsible for designing and developing conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogues that are engaging and effective.

The Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational flows, intents, entities, and dialogues using IBM Watson Assistant.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop conversational interfaces that meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for conversational interfaces.
• Continuously improve conversational interfaces based on user feedback and analytics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI & Conversational Design.
  

What We Look For In a Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in designing and developing conversational interfaces using IBM Watson Assistant.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) concepts.
• Experience with chatbot development platforms such as Dialogflow, Amazon Alexa, or Microsoft Bot Framework is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
