About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Advertising Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, innovative, and possess a strong analytical mindset. As an Advertising Strategist, you will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and stabilizing accounts at risk. You will work closely with ad specialists to provide strategic guidance and take temporary charge of accounts when necessary. This position reports directly to the Directors. What Youll Do:
- Identify accounts with the highest growth potential and strategize approaches to maximize their performance.
- Monitor account performance, proactively identifying weak accounts and coordinating with ad specialists to prevent them from underperforming.
- Receive strategic requests for specific clients and delegate tasks or provide recommendations accordingly.
- Offer direct support and suggestions to ad specialists based on deep analysis of account data.
- Temporarily take over the management of accounts if senior ad specialists are unable to rectify underperforming metrics.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the business to provide valuable advertising recommendations.
- Work closely with other departments to accomplish overall high-level organizational goals.
- Communicate with clients from time-to-time regarding strategic objectives for implementation within advertising accounts
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings, addressing any issues promptly through management to ensure quick resolution and maintain momentum on projects.
Skills Were Seeking:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon advertising, digital marketing, or a strategic role within an advertising team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex advertising strategies in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in using advanced data analysis and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong written communication skills and experience preparing strategic reports and presentations.
