Account Analyst

Envision Horizons is seeking a remote Account Analyst to join our Account Services team! As an Account Analyst you will be collaborating with the Client Services team and Company Leadership, helping to perform tasks crucial to driving client strategy. Your core responsibilities will be to analyze client data and make recommendations, identify and improve team processes, create top-notch presentations that wow current and incoming clients and other duties as assigned.

Account Analysts play a central part in supporting the Account Services team as we deliver world class service to our clients. By gaining familiarity with each client’s industry, products, and competition, you will play an active role in strengthening the client relationship by ensuring that deliverables are met. The training you receive and the experience you earn in this role will build a strong foundation for your career in data analysis. You will be at the center of processes and you will gain exposure to all facets of the agency.
Job Location: Dominican Republic - Fully Remote
Salary: $19,200 USD annually

‍Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client data to provide the best recommendations to leadership.
• Work on creating excellent powerpoint presentations that generate a big impact on current and prospect clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Account Managers to share insights, develop tests, ensure there’s alignment with the assigned tasks or plan of actions, brainstorm ideas for growth, etc.
• Active participation in identifying new processes or improving the current ones which support team scaling.
• Collaborating with our development team to automate or improve our in-house software tool technology functions.
• Staying up to date with all Amazon updates, solutions and functionality.
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience in business/analysis positions
• Advanced to near native level of english.
• Critical thinking, autonomous, proactive and problem solving.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, charts, nested functions, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint or similar tools (animations, transitions, layouts, etc.)
• Ability to work well remotely with a distributed team across multiple time zones.
• Highly organized, motivated and a self-starter (able to complete work with little to no guidance or instruction).
• Strong ownership of work, reliable and able to handle multiple competing priorities.
• Strong communication, teamwork skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A data-driven approach for decision-making.
• Results oriented individual.
• Supply chain/inventory knowledge (desirable, not a must have).
